1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

The following Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and the Cy-Fur (CYFUR) project ("Project," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the website located at [Your Domain], interacting with the CYFUR smart contract on the Solana Blockchain, or participating in our community channels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are prohibited from using the site or the token.

2. Non-Investment and "Meme" Status

Cy-Fur (CYFUR) is a meme coin intended strictly for entertainment and community-building purposes.

No Expectation of Profit: The User acknowledges that CYFUR is a speculative digital asset. There is no guarantee of value, and the Project makes no promises regarding future price performance.
Not a Financial Product: CYFUR is not a security, share, bond, or any form of regulated investment instrument. It does not grant the holder any rights to dividends, voting power in a legal entity, or claims on any assets.
No Professional Relationship: Interaction with this Project does not establish a fiduciary, advisory, or brokerage relationship.

3. Assumption of Risk

The User explicitly acknowledges and assumes the following risks associated with the Cy-Fur ecosystem:

Volatility: Digital assets are subject to extreme price fluctuations. CYFUR may lose 100% of its value with no notice.
Blockchain Technology: The Solana Blockchain is a third-party protocol. We are not responsible for network outages, congestion, or vulnerabilities in the underlying blockchain.
Regulatory Risk: The legal status of meme coins and decentralized assets is uncertain. Changes in government policy or law could materially impact your ability to hold or trade CYFUR.
Smart Contract Risk: While we strive for security, all smart contracts carry inherent risks. You interact with the CYFUR contract at your own peril.

4. User Conduct and Compliance

Legality of Use: It is your sole responsibility to ensure that holding or trading CYFUR is legal in your jurisdiction.
Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the Site or CYFUR for any illegal purposes, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, or circumventing sanctions.
Self-Custody: You are the sole custodian of your digital wallet. We never have access to your private keys or seed phrases. We cannot "reverse" transactions or recover funds if your wallet is compromised.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Site, including the Cy-Fur mascot, "Cy-Fur" character designs, logos, whitepaper text, and UI/UX elements, are the intellectual property of the Project.

Limited License: Users are granted a revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Cy-Fur imagery for personal, non-commercial community promotion (e.g., social media memes).
Commercial Use: Any commercial use of the mascot or branding requires express written consent from the Project creators.

6. No Warranties (Disclaimer)

THE SITE, THE TOKEN, AND ALL RELATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE PROJECT, ITS FOUNDERS, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES (WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY), OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE OR TOKEN.
ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY.
UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSACTIONS.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Cy-Fur Project and its contributors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site or the CYFUR token following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Project creators reside, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction as determined by the Project.
